I’m here to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
Meet Erin
Erin’s passion to see women set free comes from her own story of overcoming drug and alcohol addiction at the age of twenty-one. It was in a rehabilitation center in Wilmington, NC where she encountered the love of Jesus finding healing, hope, and freedom that forever changed her life. When Erin married her best friend Matt they immediately jumped into a life of ministry. She is the proud mom of Kaylee, Abi, Zoe, and Elliana, and the adoptive mom of Judah. Her favorite job and greatest legacy are in raising her little world changers.
Erin went through a difficult season in ministry that led to panic attacks and anxiety. It was in this place of brokenness she found a Life Coach who became a safe place for her to process emotions and move forward. She came out of this season revived and desiring to be for others what her Life Coach was for her. This set her on a journey of becoming a certified Life Coach herself and continuing to further her training to better help others by also becoming a certified Brain Health Coach. She has a passion to see mental health restored through a holistic approach and for the stigma to be broken. You can find Erin in her happy place of being outside, drinking green tea, and enjoying meaningful conversations with others.
Erin is a certified Life Coach in the Tampa Bay Area and the founder of Victory Life Coaching. She is also a certified Amen Clinics Brain Health Coach. Erin is the founder of Five14 Revolution, an anti-human trafficking organization in Wilmington, NC.
Alongside her husband, she launched Limitless Church in 2013. It was here that Erin started and led the women’s ministry, Sisterhood, where she saw women from all walks of life unify, grow in their faith, collaborate, and step into purpose. In 2021, Limitless merged with Radiant Church, where they now serve as Location Pastors of the Heights location. Through ministries such as Celebrate Recovery and speaking in women’s small groups, Erin shares her story of overcoming addiction to encourage those in treatment facilities.
After years of personal and professional experience, I founded Victory Life Coaching to help women find freedom in their day-to-day mental health. With my body, soul, and spirit approach, you’ll discover greater calm and clarity to help your life be vibrant and purposeful.
Body, Soul, and Spirit Approach
BODY
Being physically healthy is a large part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Physical health can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. When it comes to your bodily health, start small. Do something that you will enjoy and be able to sustain for some time before moving on to something more challenging. Think exercise AND nutrition.
SOUL
When it comes to your soul health, think about all things that pertain to your mind, will, and emotions. When we care for our souls we are more rested and at peace which equips us to better care for those we love.
SPIRIT
When it comes to your spiritual health this is the most important place to prioritize. All things flow out from our spirit. A strong spirit will create a strong soul and body. As you connect more with God, you will discover more of His goodness which will stir up an appetite in you for the things of God. Feed this appetite above all else, and watch the pieces of your life fall into place!
